All of our beef is born and raised on pasture, and provided quality hay and silage on pasture during the winter. Liquid molasses mineral and protein supplement is available free-choice year-round to maintain healthy daily nutrition, condition, and digestive health.
Our beef is normally finished on grain with locally produced certified organic beef finisher. However, we do accept early reservations for grass-finished beef for minimum orders of one side. As long as the order is reserved ahead of the start of the finishing period, we can ensure your beef receives a grass-only finish.
